Tayco is excited to announce the launch of its Platinum Installation Service. This innovative service is designed to enhance the overall Tayco Installation experience and includes the addition of professional on-site crew leads, on-call installers, efficient reporting, and warranty installation among many other improvements.

While the Platinum Installation Service offers robust benefits for those located in the Greater Toronto Area which is further explained below, it also offers a new service for Dealers across North America. The Install Team now includes an Installation Team Coordinator, Phong La, who will act as an on-call dedicated point of contact to help assist with installation questions. Additionally, Phong will be implementing frequent service calls to check in on live installations. Overall, this new role will allow quicker resolutions when installing onsite, offering an efficient, streamlined install every time.

One of the key fantastic new features in the local market is a tablet-based system, enabling Tayco’s crew to go paperless, helping the environment and allowing Tayco to get information sent quickly. Each installation Team will bring the tablet on-site and will be able to fill out all required forms electronically.

In addition to the tablet, Tayco has also equipped its Platinum crew with hardware service boxes that contain extra installation parts so instantly solve deficiencies on-site. This not only enhances the efficiency of the installation process but also improves the overall experience for Dealers their Customers.

Further, the Platinum Installation Service also features a no-question warranty policy allowing Dealers and end-users to request a service warranty call with no questions asked within two weeks of delivery and installation.

To round out the robust Platinum Installations Service Features, other additions of the new Tayco Install service include speedy install quotes with a same-day turnaround time on delivery and install quote requests, follow-up calls from our Installation Supervisor for jobs with five stations or more to review progress, address questions and concerns and a post-install report with a next-day turnaround time that includes detailed images and any deficiency reports.

The launch of Tayco Install’s Platinum Installation Service highlights the company’s unwavering commitment to providing exceptional service to Clients. With the addition of this new service, Tayco has further streamlined the installation process, providing a more seamless and stress-free experience for partners and Customers.

As part of this announcement, Tayco would like to introduce the two individuals who will be leading the Platinum Installation Service:

•  Almeerah Shettima – Installation Supervisor

Almeerah Shettima is the Installation Supervisor at Tayco, where she has been an integral part of the Team for several years. Almeerah is responsible for managing all installation pricing requests, date requests, scheduling, general inquiries, and more.

Almeerah originally came to Canada at the age of 18 to study Electronics Engineering at Seneca College, after graduating, she began her career at Tayco as a Customer Experience Representative, where she was able to develop her skills in Customer service and communication.

Her dedication and hard work did not go unnoticed, and she was quickly promoted to Install Coordinator. In this role, Almeerah played an essential role in ensuring that installations were completed smoothly and efficiently. She was then promoted to the position of Install Supervisor, where she has been working for the past two years.

Throughout her time at Tayco, Almeerah has demonstrated a passion for her work and a talent for building strong relationships with Independent Representatives and Dealer Partners. She takes pride in collaborating with other departments within the business to ensure that all installations are executed to the highest standard.

For Almeerah, working at Tayco is more than just a job. She believes that the company provides a safe and supportive environment where Team members are genuinely valued and appreciated. She is committed to ensuring that every Client’s installation experience with Tayco Install is a positive one.

•  Phong La- Installation Team Lead Coordinator

Phong is an experienced professional who has been working at Tayco for over 15 years, where he began his career as Installer. Currently, Phong holds the position of Installation Team Lead Coordinator at Tayco, where he is responsible for overseeing the installation Team and coordinating the installation process.

Phong is particularly excited about the launch of the Platinum Installation Service. He believes this service will be a game-changer for the installation department, as it will improve the overall Customer experience and provide the best possible service to Tayco’s Clients.

Outside of work, Phong is passionate about travelling and enjoys exploring new destinations and cultures. In addition, he enjoys participating in various sports and outdoor activities. He is always looking for new adventures and experiences to broaden his horizons.
