We are proud to announce that Tayco has officially been certified as a Great Place to Work®! Following an independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work® Institute Canada, Tayco was awarded the certification in February in recognition of our exceptional workplace culture. 

With Team Members from over 41 countries, Tayco’s innovative workplace policies provide an exceptional workplace and enjoyable culture that not only brings our diverse workforce together, but also results in Team Members that are more engaged and invested in their careers with Tayco. These efforts that foster a positive workplace culture also result in Team Members that are more likely to be champions of the brand and more likely to provide the exceptional Customer service that is integral to our business.

We offer many rewarding opportunities for Team Members to bond including frequent Social Committee events which include: a mix of team building activities; diversity lunches celebrating cultures from around the world; and family events. To foster Tayco’s involvement in the community, we also offer one paid volunteer day per year, where Team Members can volunteer at a charity that is meaningful to them. Finally, we are proud to have a Quick and Easy Improvement program where Team Members make documented improvements to make theirs and their colleagues’ jobs more efficient and effective. This initiative has resulted in over 1,400 improvements from all areas of the business in the past year alone.
