Tayco is pleased to welcome Raffi Karamian as our new Regional Sales Manager, here he will play a key role in developing and supporting ISR Teams and Dealer partnerships across the Mid-Atlantic Region. With a strategic mindset and a relationship-driven approach, Raffi will focus on creating new opportunities while strengthening existing connections throughout the commercial furniture industry.

Raffi brings extensive experience in business development, having built the majority of his career within the contract furniture market. Most recently, he spent over eight years with Haworth as a Business Development Executive, where he was responsible for cultivating and expanding commercial and Federal Government business opportunities across the Washington, DC and Baltimore metro markets. His deep understanding of complex sales cycles and collaborative partnerships makes him a strong addition to the Tayco Team.

Known for his ability to build trust and deliver results, Raffi approaches sales with a long-term perspective. He believes that meaningful partnerships, paired with thoughtful solutions, are the foundation for sustained success, an outlook that closely aligns with Tayco’s commitment to supporting Dealers and Clients at every stage of the process.

Based in Annapolis, Maryland, Raffi enjoys spending time with his family, his wife, Elizabeth, their daughter, Maggie, and their yellow lab, Ripken. Originally from Bethesda, Maryland, he is a proud graduate of the University of Maryland. Outside of work, Raffi enjoys playing tennis and golf, boating, and exploring the Chesapeake Bay.
