Hazelview Properties, an established Canadian property management company, was looking to furnish their brand-new satellite office in Toronto’s west end using Tayco. The goal for the space was to provide their staff with a functional, warm and inviting set-up, similar to their other Toronto office location. It was vital that the work environment encouraged collaboration, as this would be the first-time support and regional staff would be working in the same space.
Tayco’s commercial design Team planned the space with 54 Switch workstations, four Halifax private offices, a Norris boardroom, Kip collaborative tables, seating, a Cosmo reception unit and Hanna tables for their lunchroom and prayer room.
The open floor plan with strategically placed workstations allowed for the perfect amount of collaboration and privacy. Cosmo panels were chosen at 42” high with 8” glass blades to offer division while still allowing for ample light flow and sightlines to their stunning North facing view.
Tayco’s Tofino laminate with white and black accents was used throughout the entire space for a modern, cohesive look.
