Toronto office furniture manufacturer, Tayco is proud to announce they have again officially been certified as a Great Place to Work®! Following an independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work® Institute Canada, Tayco was awarded the certification in recognition of its exceptional workplace culture. It is the second consecutive year the company has achieved this certification, with their first certification in February, 2020.

With Team Members from over 41 countries, Tayco’s innovative workplace policies provide an exceptional workplace and enjoyable culture that not only brings its diverse workforce together, but also results in Team Members that are more engaged and invested in their careers with Tayco. These efforts that foster a positive workplace culture also result in Team Members that are more likely to be champions of the brand and provide the exceptional Customer service that is integral to Tayco’s business.

“Being certified as a Great Place to Work® two years in a row is a tremendous reflection on our strong company culture, thorough safety practices and exceptional enjoyable experiences for all our Team Members,” says Tayco CEO Kevin Philips. “This past year our production Employees safely worked throughout the pandemic, while many of our office Employees continued to work from home. Even while maintaining our distance, our employees grew closer without missing a beat.”
