As Prepack Team Lead, MJ ensures products are prepared efficiently, accurately, and on time. He focuses on training his Team, optimizing space, and maintaining high quality standards, driving real improvements in the Pre-Pack process.
Motivated by learning, teamwork, and achieving zero claims, MJ embodies Tayco’s core values. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, sports, and listening to ballads and pop music.

- What’s your current role, and how does it contribute to the success of the Team?
My current role is the Prepack Team Lead. I work to train and motivate my Team members while simultaneously maximising space allocation and cost savings for Tayco. Another one of my main responsibilities is quality control and assurance of “On-Time-Completion.’
2. What’s one project you’ve worked on recently that you’re especially proud of?
One of the projects I’m most proud of is improving the ‘Pre-Pack Process’ which resulted in time saving and improved quality control.
3. If you could instantly master any hobby, what would it be?
I would love to learn how to play one musical instrument!
4. How would you describe the culture at Tayco in three words?
Teamwork, Respect, Ownership
5. What motivates you most about the work you do every day?
Learning, building good relationships and completing work on time with zero claims is what motivates me every day.
6. If you could learn one new professional skill instantly, what would it be?
One skill I would love to work on would be my leadership skills!
7. What’s a life lesson you’ve learned that you’d pass on to others?
My greatest life lesson would be that challenges are opportunities to learn and improve on.
8. What’s your go-to comfort meal or snack?
I love all kinds of nuts!
9. What kind of music do you enjoy most, and does it change depending on your mood?
I enjoy listening to ballads and pop music.
10. Outside of work, what’s one hobby or passion that brings you joy?
Outside of work I enjoy fishing and playing sports.
